• Directly from you when you register, complete your profile, buy credits, request assistance, or contact us.

• Service providers: vendors that assist with hosting, database storage, authentication, analytics, and email delivery, subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
