On successful payment for a credit pack, the credits are added electronically and immediately to your registered account. Credits are spent to unlock features such as full scheme policies, comparisons, saves and downloads. There is no waiting period - credits and any unlocked content become available as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway. If credits do not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact us using the details below.

Expert callbacks and CA-assisted application support are delivered electronically - through your account, a scheduled call, email, and shared documents - within the timeline communicated to you. The callback is confirmed once the one-time invoice for it is paid. No physical materials are dispatched.

If a payment fails or remains pending, no access or service is activated and no charge is retained. Where a charge is debited but the service does not activate, the amount is reversed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
