By accessing or using IndustrialIncentives.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

IndustrialIncentives.com is an information and advisory platform that aggregates and presents data on government incentive schemes, subsidies, and industrial policies available in India. The Platform provides tools for scheme discovery, eligibility screening, and application assistance as described on our pricing page.

All content on this Platform - including scheme summaries, eligibility criteria, subsidy rates, and application guidance - is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between us and any user.

Government scheme terms, eligibility conditions, and disbursement processes are subject to change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information against the official government notification, gazette, or administering authority before taking any action or making any investment decision.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The platform uses a prepaid credits model. Credits are purchased as one-time packs - there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic-payment mandate. Credits are spent to unlock features such as full scheme policies, comparisons, saves and downloads at the credit rates shown in the app at the time of use. Unlocks of policies and comparisons remain available for a limited period stated in the app; saves and downloads are charged per use. Expert callbacks are one-time charges, payable via an invoice issued to you, and are confirmed only once that invoice is paid. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and a tax invoice is issued for each payment and emailed to you.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card and other sensitive financial details are handled directly by Razorpay on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure and are not stored on our servers. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms and privacy policy. We are not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by the payment gateway or your bank.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of IndustrialIncentives.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Information sourced from government publications is used in accordance with applicable open-data and fair-use norms.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without prior written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights; or
• resell or sublicense access to the Platform without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndustrialIncentives.com and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including official government portals. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
