Patent Cost Reimbursement Scheme, Haryana (under Haryana State Startup Policy 2022)

The Patent Cost Reimbursement Scheme under the Haryana State Startup Policy 2022 provides 100% reimbursement of eligible expenses for patent registration to registered startups in Haryana. Startups can claim up to ₹3 Lakhs per national patent and up to ₹10 Lakhs per international patent, subject to a cumulative ceiling of ₹25 Lakhs per startup over a 5-year period.
