The LIFT Policy (4.0) provides land at a nominal price of INR 0.99 to eligible IT/ITeS firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and developers. To qualify, entities must meet global ranking, revenue, or market cap benchmarks and commit to creating 2,000 to 3,000 jobs within 3 years.
