The MSME Innovative Scheme is a central government initiative that unifies Incubation, Design, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) support under a single umbrella. It targets registered MSMEs, startups, and students, offering financial assistance of up to ₹15 Lakhs for idea incubation, up to ₹40 Lakhs for design projects, and 100% reimbursement for patent and trademark registrations. Additionally, it provides up to ₹1 Crore in seed capital equity support and up to ₹1 Crore for plant and machinery to Host Institutes.

The National SC-ST Hub (NSSH) Scheme targets SC/ST owned Micro and Small Enterprises to enhance their capacity and promote public procurement participation. Key incentives include a 25% Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy (SCLCSS) up to Rs. 25 Lakh, various competitiveness reimbursements, and marketing assistance. The scheme is operative till March 31, 2026, with a total outlay of Rs. 588 crore.
